Selecting a Ribbon

Selecting the right thermal transfer ribbon is key to achieving high-quality prints and protecting your printer’s printhead. These ribbons are ideal for barcode, shipping, and product labels. To prevent printhead wear and ensure full coverage, choose a ribbon slightly wider than your label—at least 4.0625" for 4" labels on left-justified printers, and at least 0.20" wider than the label on center-justified printers.

Resin-Enhanced Wax

Offers an economical solution for high-volume, everyday labeling, delivering sharp text and barcodes on coated, uncoated paper and synthetic labels at fast print speeds. Ideal for shipping, warehouse, inventory, and short-term product labeling. Resin-Enhanced Wax offers excellent print quality up to 12 IPS. *H-version is not intended for uncoated Facesheets.
