This Monarch 1136 Removable Food Rotation Label Kit consists of one (1) roll of each preprinted food prep label and one (1) ink roller, including: MON, TUES, WED, THURS, FRI, SAT, SUN, and USE BY preprints.

These multi-colored labels stick securely yet are easily removed with minimal or no adhesive residue, which can lead to cross-contamination. 

These labels are not suitable for moist environments, and it is advised to avoid washing reusable pans while Removable labels are still applied to prevent residue build-up. This material provides excellent cold-temperature performance and clean removability at room temperature. It is an "all-purpose" label that can be used on a variety of surfaces over a wide range of temperatures. 

These labels meet the FDA 21 CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.
